  4. Milling of the variable longitudinal profile (48 variants)*
  5. Setting and riveting of an external locking element
  6. Brushing, marking, notch milling, brushing, and organized storage in collection magazines

*This creates the first query level of the locking system. Further coding, such as notches, cuts, dimples, and additional elements, determine the hierarchy of the respective key within the locking system.
This results in thousands of variation possibilities for the longitudinal profile. Combined with thousands of possibilities for the cuts and dimples, this creates a potential for several million variations.

The entire system runs data-controlled without operating personnel. A product changeover takes a maximum of 10 minutes.
