Cylinder Core Filling Machine

AUMAT offers a flexible system for the complex task of cylinder core filling.

The filling process is fully automatic. Only the insertion and removal of the cylinder cores are performed manually.
The cylinder core filling machine is completely electronically controlled. The closings are specified via closing lists in data format or via opto-electronic key scanning. Based on this information, the system can variably process up to 10 pin lengths.
It is also possible to additionally feed the tumblers required for closing systems. This process is also data-controlled. The cycle time of the system for processing 5-pin cores is approximately 5 seconds.
