Broaching machine for lock cylinder core

The broaching machine for lock cylinder core presented here allows broaching of the variable profile in cylinder cores for door cylinders with variable lengths.
The processing is done automatically, controlled by recorded data.
The built-in 12x tool magazine containing 30 tool places allows for the highest flexibility in production.

With regard to the number of tool magazine slots and tool places, the machine can of course be adapted to individual needs.
With this machine AUMAT has realizes a novelty: The profile option variant is cleared in one single clearing cut!
Compared to the conventional method - namely, to run this process in two steps – this offers significant advantages in terms of tooling costs, set-up times but also with regard to the space in the engine room.
